Valentine's Free Printable

I have not had much time to make printables...  But I was driven to make a Valentine's Day printable.  It sure feels great to share something new!

The element and paper used for this are from Paulette at Create with TLC.  The paper was from the ALL THINGS FEBRUARY CLUB and the element was a freebie on her BLOG.

The template for this candy bar is from Tami Matta.

Elements are CREATE WITH TLC.
