SUMMER IS FUN BLOG HOP

It's been a while since Paulette at
hosted a BLOG HOP.

BUT HERE WE ARE!
SUMMER FUN!

There are many stops and each one hosts a different freebie as a gift from Paulette.  Please be sure to leave some love at each stop as well as Paulette's home page.  She puts a lot of heart and passion into her art and deserves all the love we can give her!  Each artist that is sharing their passion for artwork and creativity are encouraged by your messages too!  KEEP THEM COMING!

Here is what I created for you.  These are two different FREEBIE PRINTABLES.  Click on each to open in a new window and then save to your own computer.  When our kids were young and home, we did a lot of get togethers with friends and always had food to prepare and share.  The recipe card is a flash back to those times..... going to a friends house and asking for the recipe because my husband commented in between groans how the dish was a "keeper"...     The stationery was a thought of trying to keep the "old-fashioned art" of actual letter writing and snail mail letters alive.  In the world of technology and email, the actual personal touch of a hand written letter or thank you note is so important and valued by the recipient.

After you snag and save these two free printables as well as the free image from Paulette, please continue on the HOP TRAIN to get more wonderful goodies!  HAPPY HOPPING!

BLOP HOP STOPS

Rhonda --- you are here!

and finally but not least our SPONSOR/CREATOR
She has the wordart on my stationery as a freebie for you.

I hope you are having an enjoyable summer!

  15. Great job Rhonda. What an interesting backdrop for a recipe card and note paper. You're correct--the art of hand written notes seems to have passed as we move further into the technological era. It is a shame bec. I agree with you, something handmade or hand penned is always appreciated by the recipient. I guess that is why we make cards and other items after all!
