Free Graduation Candy Bar Wrapper

Paulette at Create with TLC has some wonderful images ... if you haven't checked out her new store or her blog you are missing out on a world of great freebies, printables, digistamps, and Clubs.

The images I used for this Graduation theme candy bar wrapper are from Paulette's June 2012 CLUB.  I use Paint Shop Pro and can embellish and change colors and do all sorts of layers to add effects.  But for the most part, Paulette's images do not need much embellishing or additions....

Candybar Wrappers

I have logged into my blog to see that google has changed it completely. I'm so frustrated with it that I almost want to just close it and forget it all! I can deal with change, but it is best when i request the change and it isn't just presented as a "too bad, it's done" kind of thing....... Darn it! While I am trying to see how to use all of the new format, I will try to post and hopefully not do it wrong...bear with me in case I don't do it "smoothly". I have been going through some back up disks of images from various web sources, both purchased as well as freebies. And what I'm finding goes all the way back to the early 2000's! WOW!!!

The central image here is from Paulette at Create with TLC from 2007! I love the colors and "fun" feeling it gives! The fill was from a yahoo group I was on for years... This share is the SAME size and SAME wrapper, just different color schemes. Click on it to open in a new window and save it to your computer from there.

BRIDAL SHOWER FAVORS

I have been busy busy busy trying to get

some Bridal Shower Favors done for some

very close family friends.  Their son is

getting married in December, however,

because of school, work and life issues,

it is tricky getting everything arranged
and accomplished since he lives in
Illinois, but is getting married in Florida
and his bride-to-be has been living
in another state and soon to be
back in Florida (I believe)...

At any rate, the mom of the groom has

asked if I wanted to help with the shower

and I jumped at it!  Their son is 7 weeks

older exactly than our oldest is.  Our son

and their son grew up playing together!
So, their son calls us Aunt and Uncle
and vice-versa!  We are really blessed
to have such great friends in our lives!
We love them all dearly and would do
ANYTHING for them!

I am honored to be able to help
out with the wedding too...
It is a great feeling to know the kids
want us involved with their

wedding plans!

Here is a picture of all of the favors I
have made.  Some are going to be
used at the Rehearsal Dinner and
some at the Bridal Shower ...
but there will maybe be more

to come too...
