SUMMER IS FUN BLOG HOP

It's been a while since Paulette at
hosted a BLOG HOP.

BUT HERE WE ARE!
SUMMER FUN!

There are many stops and each one hosts a different freebie as a gift from Paulette.  Please be sure to leave some love at each stop as well as Paulette's home page.  She puts a lot of heart and passion into her art and deserves all the love we can give her!  Each artist that is sharing their passion for artwork and creativity are encouraged by your messages too!  KEEP THEM COMING!

Here is what I created for you.  These are two different FREEBIE PRINTABLES.  Click on each to open in a new window and then save to your own computer.  When our kids were young and home, we did a lot of get togethers with friends and always had food to prepare and share.  The recipe card is a flash back to those times..... going to a friends house and asking for the recipe because my husband commented in between groans how the dish was a "keeper"...     The stationery was a thought of trying to keep the "old-fashioned art" of actual letter writing and snail mail letters alive.  In the world of technology and email, the actual personal touch of a hand written letter or thank you note is so important and valued by the recipient.

After you snag and save these two free printables as well as the free image from Paulette, please continue on the HOP TRAIN to get more wonderful goodies!  HAPPY HOPPING!

BLOP HOP STOPS

Rhonda --- you are here!

and finally but not least our SPONSOR/CREATOR
She has the wordart on my stationery as a freebie for you.

I hope you are having an enjoyable summer!

I AM WORTHY!!! Free Wordart

I took part in a month long challenge.  I have had WLS (Weight Loss Surgery) several years ago.  In the past five years, I've had a regain and want to kick it to my past once again.  SO, in this month long process I have refound ME... and how important I AM!  I have learned that if I don't do things for myself it just won't be accomplished!  I AM WORTHY!  I AM IMPORTANT!  I AM VALUABLE!  I AM WORTH IT!

The self talk/brain talk is difficult to overcome at times.  My life story that has made me who I am is important, but some aspects of it need to be left in the past and they can't define me.  I am a grown adult woman now (just turned 50 a few months ago) and am reminded that the CHOICES I make are my own.  They can not be controlled by situations that happened over 30 years ago!

I decided to create these pieces of wordart to print and tape to my mirrors and doors and scale and any place else I want...  They are important reminders that I need to use for my daily head talk!  This step is just as important as realizing a particular comfort food is not needed to actually find comfort!!!  There are more options to finding comfort and getting value!  FOOD IS NOT IT!

These are four separate pieces of word art that you can decorate or alter in any way you want to make it special for yourself.  I have them saved as JPG, PNG and PSP files.  I am sharing here at JPG...  If you want the other files, you will need to leave a message with your email address and I will send it to you.

REMEMBER
YOU ARE WORTHY!!!!!!

HAPPY SUNDAY!

VACATION TIME!!!! Blog Hop

VACATION TIME IS HERE

I've been able to do some considerable traveling with my husband since Sept 26, 2015.  We went to New Zealand for two weeks, then on to Australia for 6 weeks!  We were in Chicago, then two places in Pennsylvania, then home for a bit.  We've been to Florida in February and made it to South Carolina in less than 24 hours before the birth of our second grandson.  We have been to Tucson, Arizona - Wichita, Kansas - Crown Point, Indiana - and more!  We made it to Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas to see our third grandson and visit with our son and his family as well as my Dad and his wife.  My husband just got home (7 hours ago) from a week in Ontario, Canada.  Yet to come this year among others are Portland, Maine and Seattle, Washington!  During all of this we are also trying to put together a new house with cleaning, painting, flooring, and moving in during September!

I made two printables for you to print and use as you wish... Click to open them full screen and save them to your computer.  The free image for this Hop Stop is also here to save!  Thank you Paulette for always sharing wonderful images that generate creativity and surprising results!

Free Printable 5x7 Cards

Hello...  The calendar says we are supposed to be enjoying SPRING and all the glory of warmer weather and sunshine, but all we are getting here at home is MORE SNOW!  The white stuff can seriously go away until later this year...  I am forever cold and shivering!

We have had some birds making their appearance, but not enough for me to think Spring is actually "just around the color".  So, I was inspired to make these printables using the colored bird images shared from Paulette at Create with TLC in two different clubs.  The image of the blue bird was shared in her Jan 2015 Club.  The other bird image and the paper fills are from the March 2016 CLUB.  The template is my own 5x7 Greeting Card template.

Please click on them to open them in their own window and save them to your own computer to print at your convenience.

MARCH TLC BLOG HOP

GOOD MORNING and HAPPY SPRING!

BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND
and
HAPPY DAYS!

I am so excited to be getting into Spring and
thinking about being outside and walking in
the woods and watching our neighbors garden
grow and flourish!

Using the image Paulette gave me to create a
printable for this blog hop was a bit more of a
challenge than I originally thought it would be.
BUT, all I could think of was a shopping list.
I need to make lists so I don't forget things and
this is the perfect way to do it.  These can be
for TO DO lists or for shopping items.

Just click to open them in a new window for
full size and then save to your own computer
for printing when you need help staying
organized.

The free image Paulette is giving you at my stop
on this hop is here:  (open to save in your own
computer)

I also played a bit with the images in my graphics program.  I had fun creating transparent backgrounds and separating elements of each image to put them in different positions on the following layouts.  You may also snag these printables the same as above.... click to open to save to your own computer.

I sure hope you haven't missed any of the stops along this blog hop.  There will be free images to snag and creations to be inspired!  Please be sure to leave some love for each artist as well as Paulette for sharing so many wonderful freebies!

SNOWMAN BUBBLES & HOLIDAY CUTUPS printables

This is a topper I did a few years ago and when I went to print that file, I was not happy with the quality of the print ~~ So I redid it!  The snowman image is from Paulette at Create with TLC.
It was part of her WINTER SCRAPPIN CLUB 2007.  I have made my own bubble wands with wire and plastic beads along with a bottle of "miracle bubbles" as the label on the bottle already calls them!  These will be on my craft table tomorrow so I will get pictures of it all then and post on Sunday or Monday.

I also redid the topper I used years ago... I created the concept of a "HOLIDAY CUT-UP".  I did one for Easter and Halloween and Thanksgiving too!  This one is redone for CHRISTMAS.

In the baggie this gets attached to, I included two cookie cutters and a 3x4 ziploc baggie that has sprinkles/jimmies in it.  I included 2 TBSP of the topping with the two cookie cutters and attached the topper.

Both of these toppers sell for $2.50.

This topper gets put onto a 3x4 baggie with oatmeal and colored sugar or Christmas Sprinkles used for decorating cookies ...

The Reindeer topper is created by Paulette too! I just added the wording...

MERRY CHRISTMAS
